I to have been colecting info for a long time.
I am ending day 2 on MC.
I have been reading and planning for a long time and finally decided to just do...
the Master-Cleanse for 12 to 15 days,
Do a Bowel Cleanse for 3 to 5 days days with B&P shakes.
Start parasite cleanse and continue B&P for 2 weeks, then
Do a liver cleanse,
and do parasite for 2 more weeks,
do another liver cleanse.
Then start a new way of eating.
This is my current plan, but I am still learning.

You already answered your own question when you said that its getting confusing.
Keep it simple, its better to do 1 thing at 100% than it is to do 3 or 4 things at 60 or 70%.
