I did some research on this while on the site...it's 5am and I feel AWFUL. nausea...would like to just puke it out but i don't puke much on my own very easily..so i'm just riding it out.

But i have to wonder why this happened? I had a piece of chocolate during the evening sometime (i know!)...but i also mixed a few of the things together..had a bit of coke classic to help mulch up some of the stones...did the higher fat one this time (ie:cream with fruit or ice cream at night too)...

some say this is parasites but i just finished 2 rounds of paragone about 2 weeks ago and have been using oil of oregano and turmeric, cayenne and pumpkin seeds as supplementation until i can get maintenance tinctures for parasites so I SHOULD be pretty clean. I didn't drink much water at "all" yesterday and was also exercising quite heavily...some say it's dehydration.

What should i be diong? oil of oregano for possible parasites? more water? a gravol to ride it out with? I also did my first coffee enema last night around 9:30...i don't THINK being sick to my stomach has anything to do with that, but i could certainly do another enema right now an see if it helps...
any ideas?
