Right. The liver flush(or, should I say, many, many liver flushes) is exactly what I'm aiming for here, as I've said. Already knew that.

But, from all I've read, I should be very regular, to do these, and the parasite cleanse, with Clarkia . At least that's what Hulda Clark 's writings say. Constipation, while doing these cleanses can make you very ill, she says.

Thus, my desire to find something to make me very regular.
