Well, I just finished my 5 day sample, in my search for regularity. Sigh. Did not work, for me. At least in the two pills in the AM method. I went MAYBE once a day. One day I did have two movements. Also, they were not real good ones, either, being somewhat towards the hard, tarry productions I have anymore, when not taking products like this. I'll say it's producing more for me than, without taking anything, but not what I expected, and, certainly not three times a day.

Any insights? I really need to get regular, so I can parasite cleanse, and get to my liver flushes. I thought this product might be the answer. So, I'm getting a little frustrated.
