im between jobs, so i have been home fo far. I just had enough
strength today to do light cleaning&a couple errands. Im weak,
tired,chills,sometimes dizzy. I also havent lost any weight for
the last few days. Im following the book,except for SWF,tea instead. I want to go for 21 days,will I start feeling better at
some point. I wear reading glasses,but my vision is blurry overall sometimes. Can anyone relate to any of this?
My tongue is clearing up & Im much calmer,so thats good.
Ive never done anything like this before,Im almost 50,and never
been a very healthy eater.Until now.
