Hi,
I just started today. I haven't had any laxitive yet and am leaning towards the tea instead of the Salt Water. I am taking B&P shakes between lemonaide drinks. I am also taking a parasite cleanser called Para-Relief. I just hope I can stick with it for 10 days.
