Your dream could be showing you that whether or not you actually see worms in real life, this cleansing that you are doing is REALLY good for you. Cleansing yourself of old emotions and irritations and negativity, perhaps. Any 'parasitic' thoughts or emotions that you've been holding to that have been sapping your energy are movin' on!
