Hello evberyone..:)

I am new here and that is why I want to ask some basic questions.. I have bought one herb in Chineese shop (I asked them what is the name of it in English but they know it just in Chineese). And I was told that I need to drink it for 7 days.. So the first question is sh I drink it before meal, during or after?

Any suggestions about which herbs should I drink to get rid of parasites and how often sh I drink it?
