Hi, Cyane!
You sent me another email and I'll do my best to respond here.

1) You don't have to wait until the 11 weeks of Clarkia is over before you take the CoQ10 dose, but I think it would be more efficient if you did. Try to kill off as many of the other parasites and Tapeworms first as possible before going for the expensive treatment. That's not a firm, knowledgable answer, but I sense it is right. The Eczema will not likely disappear until you have done 6 - 8 liver cleanses, and I think it's only indirectly affected by the parasites in your system.

2) Since I'm not a scientist or a professional in the medical field, I am not 100 % sure that the CoQ10 dose is safe at that high level. However, I've searched that question relentlessly on CureZone.com, where many people have taken it and reported side-effects etc and the only side-effects I've read about (so far! CureZone is HUGE!) are being jazzed and unable to sleep, and heart palpitations. I reported my own sensations in detail to help others with questions about what to expect. I think if your health is fragile, you should not take it, just to be safe. However, you sound relatively healthy (without cancer, AIDS or some other extremely life-altering disease) so I think you should be ok. I know that eczema is extremely unpleasant, in fact, maddening, because I had a good friend with it. I think it is better for you to take it and continue to work on cleansing your body at many different levels, than to "play it safe." You know the state of your health better than anyone; ultimately, only you can decide. I say, take a chance!

3) It is possible that your mucoid plaque is all gone. Not likely, but possible. If you want a quick (if expensive) way to be sure, try a colon irrigation or hydrotherapy session. Alternatively, and more practical for you, up your intake of P&B shakes to a CONSISTENT 3 a day, and 4 or 5 when your schedule permits. Taking 1 P&B shake makes you regular, 2 gets you to the desired 3 - 5 BMs a day, 3 is where you start to see real mucoid plaque removal. It can't hurt to increase your shakes to 4 or 5 a day if you still have lots of P & B, and it will give you a better answer than anyone other than a professional. If you search in the archives of the Colon cleansing part of CureZone you'll find stories of people who had no plaque removal for weeks, who took 5 P&B shakes in one day and delivered an impressive rope!

4) I think one month is a good start for P&B shakes. I've been on them for 3 months now and still see mucoid plaque whenever I'm consistent about taking 3 P&B shakes a day or more, several days in a row. Like many people, sometimes the simple matter of scheduling P&B on an empty stomach, and all the other things you can take with food, is impossible with a full-time job, too. But I highly recommend PTree's messages. She's a qualified expert and provides links for further searching.
Furthermore, Clarkia does a great job of parasite eradication. However, some of the parasites die far away from the colon, and it takes weeks for the lymph system to dispose of their remains. P&B shakes are great at removing the ones that make it to the colon, but the Bentonite is especially good at drawing out toxins in the blood and lymph systems which are not easily eliminated from the colon. It's detoxifying action also helps the kidneys by reducing the overall burden of blood cleansing. So, I recommend you stay on the P&B shakes at least until the Clarkia is done, and possibly a few weeks after, to act to "mop up" lingering parasite residue. Just my opinion.

5) Rather than thinking lineally, how about thinking monthly? You don't have to do one set of cleanses before starting another, and you don't have to wait until one set is done before starting another! It's ok to overlap them, so long as they are cleanses for different things (ex kidney, colon and liver but not Clarkia and CoQ10) and you can keep the scheduling reasonable.
I certainly understand your desire to get to the Liver Cleanses ASAP. Me too! In fact, I've turned it into a series of month-long treatments (of course, the Clarkia has it's own 3-week cycle) and plan to do all the cleanses until the need for each cleanse is over. For example, once I'm certain the mucoid plaque is all out, I will stop the P&B shakes and only do them bi-annually for maintenance. Once the Clarkia is done, I'll do the same. I will try other anti- parasite cleanses especially for Ascaris, which is turning out to be a tough critter indeed. Here is one idea for you: Recently, I ordered a cheap kidney cleanse (Health Plus Kidney Cleanse, $9.59 for 90 pills, enough for about 2 weeks, faster than 6 weeks for Dr. Clark) from VitaCost, for my first concentrated stab at kidney cleansing. Once this is done, I'll return to simply drinking cranberry juice and eating a lot of parsley as well as maintaining an organic low-meat consumption diet to reduce the strain on the kidneys.
As far as the Watermelon cleanse goes, I'm not really conversant on that yet. I've read that it's the best method, but I can't speak from experience yet. I think it would be the cheapest way to go, more convenient than other methods, and gentler on your body, but I haven't had chance to research it yet. I am still learning, just as you are!
As far as waiting for all these other cleanses before starting the liver cleanses, why wait? I suggest going month by month. Fit all the cleanses you are doing now within that month, concentrating on preparing for the Liver Flush during the last week (continuing the P&B and Clarkia until the morning of the 6th day, the day of the flush, and giving your body a rest the 7th day while the stones are coming out). Then start over again on Monday! You will likely need to do around 12 flushes before your liver is relatively clear of stones, but should begin to see relief from some of the symptoms you described in your email between the 6th and 8th cleanse. I understand your desire to get at it - most of us in this site would! So why wait? Every time will get better and better. You don't have to be perfect to get benefit!

6) You'd be surprised how little time Liver Flushes take. In reality, you need about 24 hours of physical resting time, at least 8 of it sleeping time, for the actual cleanse. The main action takes place over the course of about 4 hours on the 7th morning, and you definitely want to be home, resting, with convenient and private access to a toilet. You can still read, work on your pc etc, although it's a bit much to study. If you take the ES drinks at 6 pm, 8 pm, the Oil drink at 10 pm, sleep, then the ES at 6 am (or later) and 8 am (or later), most of the stones and BMs will be done by around noon. You feel kind of woozy and gassy until about 8 pm that day, but it is still possible to do some things involving little movement and little concentration. So, you do need to plan for a 24-hour break from serious work. However, if I (and many others) can do this cleanse while working full-time jobs and having other hobbies and relationships that keep us busy, then you can, too!
To be honest, doing Liver Cleanses at school would be inconvenient and might draw undesirable attention to yourself. Just don't tell anyone! During the 24-hour period when you really need to be alone, "get sick." It won't be a lie, because you will have one flu-like symptom: multiple trips to the bathroom. Just an idea.
As for doing Liver Cleanses (or flushes) every 2 weeks, it is possible but inefficient. Doing them every 7 - 10 days would likely be really hard on your system, and not only produce less stones but maybe even be counter-productive. Eventually, I think it would be hard on your body, especially your immune system and elimination systems, which have to deal with toxins (rancid bile, dead parasites, and newly released old toxins from the liver once the bile ducts are cleared temporarily from the flush). To be honest, I think one flush every 3 - 5 weeks is the best time frame, to allow proper recovery and liver repair. If you run into trouble - for example, in the days following a flush, sometimes a large stone will move and then get stuck and become comfortable or cause headaches or stiffness in the back and neck - then a Liver Flush shortly after that is helpful. But I think having too many flushes too close together might actually cause more problems.
It takes about a week for stones to BEGIN moving from deep inside the liver into the newly cleared bile ducts, and this process seems to be mostly complete by about the 3rd week and definitely done by the 5th week. If you flush before the stones move into the ducts, you will be putting strain on the liver and other elimination systems and not getting as many stones out!
However, it's your body and your time frame. You do what's best for you.

7) You don't have to wait until the Clarkia is done before you do liver flushes. You just shouldn't take Clarkia after 2 pm on the 6th, and 7th days of the liver flush. You should not take any supplements (even vitamins) during this time, to allow the flush to be most effective.

Well - a lot of questions, not a problem. A huge long reply, no problem! These are just my opinions, based on research which was verified by my own experienc. But every body is unique, so I suggest experiment a bit and find out what's best for you! Also, it helps to find a balance between perfection (having the colon perfectly clean and the parasites perfectly removed, for example) and haste (flushes every 7 - 10 days!).
Seriously, take a look at the questionaire in the CureZone kb (knowledge base) on Liver Flushes. It might be the best place for you to find answers!

Good luck and let us know how you do!
