Very simply start getting your colon cleaned out. Everything- including skin conditions, and many parasites stems from a backed up colon. Having one bowel movement a day isnt enough. Having 2-3 puny bowel movements isnt enough either. Aim for 2-3 GOOD SIZED bowel movments a day. Good sized being that your not passing pencil sized BMs-- but BMS the width of a childs' arm.

Cleaning your colon could be as simple as drinking more water between meals, drinking prune juice before bed, or taking Colon Cleanse capsules (sold in healthfood stores) Cascara Sagrada is one herb that is not habit forming - and as it cleanses the colon, it actually TONES the colon and lower bowel muscles, so that you dont have to become dependent on enemas, etc.

Raw fruits and veggies also have live enzymes that pick up the slack on this as well.

If you dont' keep your colon cleaned periodically, --with our typical Western diets of processed foods, additives, etc.-- all the toxins we pick up will be "pooped out through the skin instead of the colon. That's when you get issues like acne, white heads, black heads, Acne roseacea, rashes, exzema, etc.

Then --even though you insist on eating meat-- make sure you eat lots more vegetables and fruits. Make them mostly raw if not all raw, so that the essential enzymes in them are not destroyed in heat. Eating these live enzymes actually perk up every organ in your body- especially the colon , pancreas and liver.

Wash these veggies fruits with a natural Veggie wash to rid pesticides.

If you want to keep eating meat- then make it no more than 3 servings a week.-- and make it lean meats-- preferrably organic. Why organic? -- because true organic meat has no growth hormones injected in the animal.-- Alot of those growth hormones they give livestock is not destroyed by cooking, and you get these same hormones in your body. Females have more neurotic menstruations, and males start getting more prostrate and other hormonal issues from these imbalances of hormones caused by growth hormones in everday livestock. You even have to be careful with eggs as chickens are also pumped with growth hormones to fatten them up.

Get free-range organic eggs too- Eggs are a good replacement for meat for protein for vegetarians. For Vegans, Hemp is awesome for this.

Eating anything man made will create a whole slew of symptoms like acne, etc. Eating basic simple things--unadulterated and raw will give life to your body.
