This helps out a lot, when I told the woman at the Health Food store that I was going to be taking 3000mg at one time, her jaw dropped and recommended I only take like 400mg at one time.

I still have a few questions that I need answered:

1) I started using P&B Shakes and doing Clarkia , 10 drops 3 times a day exactly a week ago today. How long should I be doing the P&B shakes for and how many per day do should I be taking? I passed a quite a bit of Mucoid Plaque since I started last tuesday.

2) If the 3000mg Co-Eynzyme Q10 dose really is safe, should I take it right after I finish the Bowel (P&B) / parasite (Clarkia) cleanse?

3) I've only been doing Clarkia for a week now, but how long will it take before you see a difference in your health?
