A parasite cleanse wouldn't be a bad idea. One way to keep the buggers out of you is to invest in some Oil of Oregano. It's expensive at the health food stores but one to three drops a day should keep you covered from them and will prevent you from catching someone else's cold (although a good healthy immune system works good too!).
