I'm sorry you've had this unpleasant experience, too. I also had bloating but I don't think it was as bad as yours. In my case, walking helped, but it sounds like that is out of the question for now. I think humaworm's advice was excellent and should help you. I'd suggest follow that, and wait until your system stabilizes. It sounds like the cleansing was beginning to be effective, but your body couldn't handle the sudden increase. Everyone's body is different that way, and you should listen to your body. I'm guessing that you have a buildup in the colon which might be making the passage of materials from the stomach slow, so the psyllium is trapped in the stomach, along with other digestive materials. When this happens (with or without psyllium) fermentation happens, which adds to your gas problem. As for the future, you could consider doing a Colon Cleanse or a series of Colon Cleanses before trying a parasite cleanse again. If you try increasing the psyllium husk powder more slowly (using P & B shakes, there's lots of info in this website about that) and going very gently through a thorough (but slow!) cleanse, you might have better success without this painful side-effect in the future. But the first thing is to clear the blockage that you have now. Water, rest, gentle exercise (like yoga or stretching) and no more powder for now. You could try gentle massaging of your stomach area. Also, applying a castor-oil pack to the skin of the lower abdomen might help your immune system clear some of the debris which is involved in the blockage. And, as humaworm suggested, another enema in a day or so. A short walk when you feel up to it could help things keep moving once they start. Good luck!
