Hi!

I would worry more about touching fecal matter-- and if you clean a kitty litter box, or pick up after your dog- I"d suggest using those nylon rubber gloves.

Keep your fingernails clean- and never put them in your mouth--even to pick out food between your teeth. Use a clean toothpick for that.

Also-- I really reccommend getting a 2 oz bottle of Oregano OIl and take a drop or two under your tounge at night every day. This reaches your bloodstream immediately and other areas, and kills parasite larvea you may have breathed in by mistake, etc.

Also, Raw garlic has good anti- parasite prevention abilities. Clove oil is effective in killing worm larvea and eggs too.

If something --even dry like a pototato chip drops on the floor, throw it out. Dont' eat it. Many parasite eggs are so minute they are part of the dust we breathe.

Also, Don't store your dishes or cutlery outside of the cupboards. keep them covered . Dr. Hulda Clark did a test in one kitchen with a bowl of water. The next morning, she analyzed quite a few Acarius eggs floating on the water. They are so small you cant see them that well with the naked eye.

So-- just proper hygene, keeping your hands washed and what I mentioned above-- and not permitting your housepets to jump on your bed -- and keeping them dewormed on a maintenance basis too will give you nothing else to worry about.

Also-- everyone should do a maintenance once or twice a year parasite cleanse anyways--- They used to do that in the older generations.
