NO! DE is great for topical applications because it slices the hard outer shells of ticks, fleas, etc. There is some debate of it's effectiveness when wet - as in your body. It wouldn't hurt to take it, but you ALSO need a parasite remover with AT LEAST THESE herbs: Wormwood , Thyme, Garlic, Ginger. A blend of herbs will remove the adults, their larvae AND the eggs.
