I have what I think is candida and recently realised I MUST also have parasites too. I thought I had hypoglycemia (maybe I do) but I'm pretty sure my sudden hunger urges and shaky panic attacks are also parasite related. Anyone else experience this?

Anyway TODAY I had a mug of hot water first thing with chopped ginger and 2 garlic cloves. Had a few mild stomach cramps and about an hour later visited the bathroom and when I looked down a little brown thing sort of swam out from my poo AAAAAH that is so disgusting!!

I'm getting oil of oregano, Wormwood capsules, cloves and Black-Walnut . Is it better to kill these horrible things first instead of expelling them live by scaring them with the garlic?? YUK it was horrible.
