dear 40679, I understand your anxiety over this.

To some degree, we are all like ostriches hiding our heads in the sand--not wanting to face these things. The media and horror sci-fi movies dont make it any easier.

Well for what it's worth-- even when using the Zapper- you will not see live worms crawling out of your butt, or mouth, etc.

Even the dead sinus worms in the nose/eye area come out lifeless. If they are alive, they are paralized. I never saw one move.

If you eat raw pumpkin seeds-- you will paralyze many parasites-- so if they DO -by some rare chance-- come out alive, they will come out paralized ,so wont see them move in the toilet bowl.--just lay there.

What I did when I first started cleansing last year was- just not even look in the toilet bowl--and kept doing my Colon Cleanses and take the parasite herbs.

Every once in a while i'd take a peek- (especially after doing the liver cleanses) and when I saw that the worms were not like what you'd picture on "Fear Factor"-- but just dead globs,etc.-- it didnt freak me out as much.

I'd take it slow if it is hard for you to get all gung ho on cleansing. Just take baby steps!
