The part where you're saying that GP's don't know much about parasites made me think of the following example, which blows my mind.
1. Hulda Clark says that ALL cases of Asthma are because of the Tapeworm Ascaris. Now, I'm not saying she's necessarily 100% right about this - or that she's not. But she said this. She says it happens because during their embryonic stage, they travel up through your lungs and cause asthma.
2. I went online looking for info about this and I found a medical site that had put up a whole bunch of old medical files from 50 years ago. In one of them, it noted that some cases of Asthma are caused by Ascaris eggs traveling up through the lungs.
3. In a different medical site (medical meaning not alternative or naturopath) noted that 1/4 of the world's population has Ascaris and does not know it, but that it was mostly asymptomatic.
4. If someone is diagnosed with Asthma, he/she is NEVER tested for Ascaris, but is instead put on harsh drugs for the rest of his/her life! Most GP's don't even KNOW about the connection. And who knows, Hulda Clark might be right - maybe ALL cases of Asthma could be due to this.
To me, this is STUPID!
