It depends on what kind of parasite you are cleansing. For example: GBW, Cloves, Wormwood is pretty much standard for getting rid of most worms. Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for candida. Bloodroot for viral warts. There are thousands of products to choose from. Start with the least expensive and if it doesn't work, try something else. DE seems to be a relatively cheap and effective way to get rid of the egg laying creatures that you can pick up from pets.

It also depends on your DNA profile. What works for some people, may not work for you and vice versa.

Something else to consider is finding the right dose. For example: I took the recommended dose of a popular worm remedy and nothing happened. I quadrupled it and got results. I've read that some people got major die-off symptoms from the recommended dose and had to take less. It all depends. This is not an exact science. There isn't enough scientific data to prove anything one way or the other. Reading about other people's experiences will give you ideas, inspire you to be creative and give you the courage to take responsibility for your own health.
