When I first started out on this several months ago, I was TERRIFIED. I didn't know what to expect either. Dealing with parasites is truly a mental test!

I have expelled live parasites and I didn't have any problems. EXCEPT, once you have them pushed down into the colon, you can feel a few.

2 things I would like to suggest:
1) Get bleach tabs for your toilet bowl. Once they hit the toilet, they die immediately.
2) Once you discovered that you have them, I would suggest getting your herbal remedy and Diatomaceous Earth, immediately. After being on this journey, for 7 mos DE is the key to killing them. DE is the only thing that will kill the larger parasites -- nothing else will! If I had known this earlier, I would have been done with the parasite cleanse long ago.
