O.K. Some simple, inexpensive steps to move you in the right direction:

(1) Find substitutes for meat and dairy so you can stop being re-infected (at least until you're stronger). Some of mine are Morningstar soy sausages, soy milks, SoyDream or Rice Dream ("ice cream" substitutes), Smart Balance (butter substitute in tub) - most of which can be found in your grocery store. Use nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains (oats, rice) - all of which are filling and satisfying (i.e., put nuts/seeds/beans in salads).

(2) Chew all seeds thoroughly and wash down with fluids, because they have medicinal and anthelmintic properties (seeds from citrus fruits, watermelon, apples; papaya seeds are so effective, pregnant women are warned not to eat them because they may abort an embryo...but we want to abort our "embryos"!).

(3) Choose anthelmintic foods such as mustard - contains turmeric (as in mustardy potato salad, salad dressings, as a sauce), molasses (on pancakes, toast, muffins), papaya (force yourself to chew and swallow some seeds), pineapple (dissolves worms), garlic (raw or lightly steamed), onions, leeks, parsley (yes, you can cultivate a taste for it...I did!), cayenne pepper, paprika, hot sauces, horseradish sauce.

(4) Find whole cloves in the Spices section of your grocery store and chew (being careful not to choke on them)...I chew about 3 at a time, several times a day...actually very good tasting.

(5) Try to eat as much raw food as you can for its "living" properties (enzymes, etc.) to help you fight off infection and boost your immune system (salads, vegetables, fruits, nuts, seeds; raw oats as cereal with bananas, raisons, sunflower seeds, and soy milk). Either chop up or use food processor to prepare a dish such as: carrots, celery, apple mixed with tuna and mayo (or "substitute" mayo). Cucumber slices also go well with a tuna salad (and cucumbers are very soothing to the GI tract, as is chlorophyll).

(6) Try to get your breads (whole grain) from a bakery to avoid mold, then keep in freezer since they mold very quickly (undetectable with naked eye).

(7) Try to keep everything you can in the fridge or freezer to preserve and prevent aging, oxidation, and molds.

(8) Avoid processed/refined sugars and fats which parasites and candida thrive on. Avoid hydrogenated foods (margarines) with substitutes such as Smart Balance spread (for butter) and Laura Scudder's All Natural Peanut Butter (for hydrogenated peanut butters...pour off oil, freeze for later baking).

(9) Use some sort of fiber drink cleanser daily as an inexpensive way to "scrub" your intestines (psyllium, flax seed meal, combinations), following with plenty of fluid to prevent intestinal damage and keep things flowing along. Be sure to drink plenty of pure, filtered water daily (or herbal teas).

(10) Put what you need on a credit card (or get a loan from someone) and worry about paying it later when your health has improved! Your health is more important than your credit rating. Look for sales on websites and at nutrition centers. Many clearance items are far from expired and marked down to a fraction of their usual cost. You can find good tinctures and essential oils this way...just put in a little juice or soy milk to mask bitter taste. Look for Echinacea, Black-Walnut Hull, Wormwood , Fennel, Myrrh... Actually, lots of herbals, especially in combination, will have anthelmintic properties. Ask God to guide you (this really does work).

(11) Read Dr C's articles and books (available on this website).

(12) Watch 3ABN TV for great programs about vegetarian cooking and food prep. Free recipes and info from 1-800-752-3226 or http://www.3abn.org/recipe_collection.cfm.
