First of all - I would not advocate smoking cigarettes at all. They are pretty crappy I'd say. Secondly, I smoke so it's not like I'm perfect. BUT I've wondered the same thing myself. I seem to have the normal parasites in my digestive tract that everyone else does - but NONE in my lungs. Maybe they don't like the smoke! Who knows!
