hi hanna, LOl!-- yeahh! well, I probably have no more than most people-

I never had the big worms thank God. Just mostly flukes- and a few stray thread worms . There are probably a few liver flukes still in me, which is why I will always do maintenance cleanses the rest of my life.

Presently, I am using the single herbs until I can order more of MH's dewormer.
I was able to buy Hanna Kroeghers dewormer capsules. They are very cheap at 100 capsules for $9.95


Everything I eat now is raw or unprocessed (except I dont eat meat or most dairy) and I will always add raw garlic, or make sure i eat foods and seasonings that worms hate.

My bowel movements are very good now., and when I get constipated (around my periods) out comes the psyllum husk and Bentonite Clay and Cascara Sagrada herb.

Every year I will be doing two months of aggressive parasite cleanses. One in Spring and One in Fall.

Maybe the sensation in your ear IS water- especially if you had been swimming.

If you have any doubts, you can wet a cotton swab with Oil of Oregano and dab lightly into your ear -ever so gently. It will kill anything in there. I've done this with immediate success. As if now, my ears are fine- no sensations.



I know how you feel- i like to explore different techniques myself!. I would definitly stick with what Andreas suggests for you-- he is a very enlightened soul.

It is true that detoxing ourselves does stir up things that were too comfortable in us.
