Hee hee, I just wanted to say that.

RESULTS, of the first few days:

Day One began the morning after I passed what has appeared to be a tapeworm. This has made me a believer of parasites in humans. Before then, I was suspicious of commercial parasite cleanses, thinking maybe the capsules contained particles that expanded with water and looked like bugs and worms. Tapeworm or no, I still have had experiences of flushing out some kind of candida in the form of "banana strings" and "toilet paper flakes." That was reason enough to start taking P/B shakes, and then begin ParaGone on Saturday.

Even before I started ParaGone, the psyllium alone was bringing out rice-infested stools. On official Day One, I also passed a 10" rope of mucoid plaque.

Day Two, yesterday, by nighttime there was much less rice, and the stool was more crumbly. It fell apart to reveal what looked like chopped nuts, and little orange "jugs." I passed two more m.p. ropes, 14" total, which were floating brown glops twisted on a string, just like pictures here - no rice or nuts in it. Sorry to compare my movements to food.

Day Three, I am constipated. =o( I need to buy some enemas or a bag... but I'm a little afraid to administer it. I feel like something might come out and bite me! I'm also afraid that m.p. will get stuck half-way out and I'll have to pull it. I don't think I could handle that... literally.

Side Effects... very runny nose, lots of sneezing, and coughing up (kind of fighting back in my throat) a lot of mucus. I would also say "tired," but I'm always tired.

I had a check-up appointment with our primary care physician this morning, and I had to tell him about all of this. I thought about keeping it a secret from him, and for a minute I got the impression that he thought I was looney, but oh well! He wants me to let him know about any more unusual movements, so I'm going to keep a log for him. Um, sorry, that pun was not intended, hee hee!

I'll be seeing the doctor again in four months, during which time I'm going to be doing as much cleansing as possible. I want to make a believer of HIM, if he's not already. My goal is to lose weight, require less medication for my diseases, and have healthy glowing skin, eyes, energy, etc. Incidentally I made out a plan last night, including Liver Flushes and other cleansing regimens, which would take four months. So it kind of surprised me when my unknowing doctor said "I'd like to see you back in four months." It's meant to be!
