I have read and continue to use my probiotics. I was using udos during my colon cleanse. Another product that would be good is Garden of Life Primal defense etc. You want to continue to keep the good bacteria in your colon. Bad bacteria is a parasite not just one of those uguly worms! LOL. So far after a month I didn't see anything strange except I seen what looked like a worm but after taking it out of the toilet! yuck! I discovered it was gelatin from the gelatin capsules of supplements I was using.
