It depends on which cleanse you are talking about. For bowel, I had good success with CleanseSmart, P&B shakes, Colonix, Oxypowder , Dr. Schulze Intestinal Formula 1&2. Currently taking MH's lower bowel balance.

For liver flushes, I have done 6 flushes using Dr. Clark's method and Julia Chang's method. I have also done Dr. Schulze 's 5 day liver cleanse. All great programs.

For kidney cleanses, I have done Dr. Schulze 's 5 day kidney cleanse. Great program.

For parasite cleanses, I have done ParaGone. Nothing happened. I did Colonix - saw many lima bean looking things with tails. Nothing else. Dr. Schulze liver, gallbladder and parasite cleanse - saw many white specks. MH's dewormer - saw many white specks and red liver flukes.

I had the least success with ParaGone, but really liked their sister product CleanseSmart. Colonix worked great but I had a major reaction to the product in month two and had to stop. Loved Oxypowder - cleared a bowel obstruction using that. Never felt better than doing Dr. Schulze's 30 day detox program.
