for what it is worth, many people, myself included, have experienced constipation after starting or being on all different kinds of parasite cleanses. don't assume you are bound up from the 'food'. it might be a good sign that parasites are being affected. in other words, it might be the worms reacting to the anti-parasitical nature of the food and not your stomach reacting to the food. something to think about. bwellicky
