I have not had a problem with the dewormer and my system is pretty sensitive. For the first week, I did experience about 5 minutes of nausea right after taking the dewormer. But nothing more than that. I take it on an empty stomach as I want to feed this poisen to those hungry parasites! I find it pretty mild tasting. Yes, I am sure a ton of toxins get stirred up thus the importance of having at least 2-3 bm's daily while on this cleanse.

For me, I take 2 lower bowel balance capsules with the dewormer each evening. I then take 1 lower bowel balance capsule with the morning dewormer dosage. My husband only takes the 2 capsules in the evening and just takes the dewormer by itself in the morning. I guess everyone has to find their own dose. This has worked great for us and keeps us having at least 2-3 bm's per day. In my husband's case yesterday - he had more than double that!

I would discourage anyone from taking the dewormer without also taking something that encourages your system to produce the necessary 2-3 bm's per day. You must get that muck out of your system on a regular basis or else you will probably feel ill.

I have always had a huge problem with constipation and have done 7 Bowel Cleanses in the past two years. This has helped but I still have problems trying to maintain a daily bm without the help of herbal aids. The lower bowel balance is the first thing I have tried that gives me more than 1 bm per day. It also does not produce cramping and runny bm's like some of the other products I tried.

I would give the dewormer another try, but I would definitely only do so by also taking the lower bowel balance or something similar.
