Thank you sooooo much, Powderpuff- this is valuable info.
I've been feeling dizzy and lightheaded today- Since we had a Full Moon this Monday, I took two doses of my anti- parasite herbs instead of one dose a day. I am also only eating all raw nuts, raw grains, raw fruits and veggies-- as if I were a wild Panda bear! and my bowel movements are reallllllly purging out everything in my colon this entire week.
Tons of worm eggs and some dead worms-- and the smell is foul.
I found that washed fresh blackberries really made the difference. My mother got some from our grocer-- and even she has to run to the bathroom and flush two times after two handfuls of blackberries.
I though this lightheadedness, and dizzy spells were my metal fillings leaking more mercury in me from the strawberries I was eating. I'm encouraged that it is die-off - and i've now been drinking lots of herbal teas and water.
I did accidentally buy two boxes of that Essiac Tea that is mentioned to take in controlling the detox. Now I'm glad I"m having a cup right now!
(Essiac Tea is made from the combination of certain herbs that this American or Canadian medicine man made for his tribe. It was something the indians all greatly benefitted from. An american (or Canadian) nurse or missionary woman was given this 'recipe". The boxtop reads that she was gravely ill, and the Indian herbalist gave her this tea every day. She got well fast, and raved about this tea to visitors. She copied down the ingrediants-and it has been passed down to this generation today. The herbs combined together create this chemistry in the body that they could not do if taken seperately. What wisdom many in those Indian tribes have/had! It puts many of our modern doctors to shame.)
