I mostly had headaches which subsided my first week. I did raise the ire of the parasites inside me, which started wiggling a lot and continue to do so. The last day of my second period of two weeks, I was very depressed. Since I quit the next day for a break, the Depression lifted. I didn't have constipation. A lot of people do the B&P shakes along with the cleanse, to help clean you out. I am going to start my 3rd two week period tomorrow.
