Hi,
I'm new to this website but not to holistic healing. I began the Clarkia parasite cleanse on Sunday and am currently up to 5 drops 3 x's a day. My question is: what should I expect at this stage? From reading many of the post, many people experience constipation. Do the herbs cause this? I'm pretty regular (daily) and would like to get ahead of this before it happens. Should I see anything in my stool at this point? What is dye off? So far I have experenced tickles under my skin. So much so that I can hardly get any sleep. Expecially on the bottom of my feet.
