The idea of the plate zapper that you have is that you can zap specific areas of the body. That's why the organ slides. You set up the slides on the plates as the picture in the description shows. Then you zap and the bugs from that matching organ are attracted to the frequency and get killed. That way you can take care of a specific area. But you don't have to do the plate zapping, zapping by itself is very effective!

From the picture I gather the part with the plates is sepreate from the zapper. IF that's so then just dont connect the 2 items. You will need an hour and 20 minutes to do the zapping each day. (I do mine before bed) First you get some paper towels and wrap them around the copper handles. Have some water nearby so you can rewet the paper if it gets dry. Then, sitting comfortablly, hold each handle and turn the zapper on. Zap for 7 minutes (holding both handles) and then turn it off for the 20 minute rest period. You do the 7 minute zapping 3 times so its this timetable:
7 minute zapping
20 minute rest
7 minute zap
20 minute rest
7 minute zap
And your done. You can do this everyday or you can do it everyday for a week and then once a week thereafter. You should consider getting The Cure For All Diseases by Dr. Clark. It explains the zapping in simpler terms. It also gives the frequencies of parasites and bugs so you can zap for a specific thing.
