Maybe you can take an even lower dose til you have gotten the zapper, and then take a larger dose again. They are relasing toxins and bacteria as they die also, the toxins are felt as cramps and such. I have heard about those reactions to olive leaf many times. If you continue for a while it will get better. You can also combine valeriana and olive leaf at bedtime, the parasites seem to slow down remarkably when doing that and you'll get a better nights sleep. Take the valeriana a while before the olive leaf. In case it doesn't work at all for you why not try something like the Q10 treatment Hulda Clark is recommending. Olive leaf is also good against bacteria, if your'e doing other treatment against parasites that expell bacteria when they die.
