I thought the same thing in reference to the sugar: The parasites trying to survive. I actually did a 24 hour fast which ended Sunday evening. I will intiate another tonite to try and curb my cravings, but I will drink water. I took a bowel cleanser today. I assume the less you eat during this time the better your organs can devote its strength to getting rid of the parasites which has been crippling them all this time.
