So, I wanted to ask if anyone has done Coenzyme Q-10 please tell me about your experiences. What was it like? What happened? How soon after taking it do you notice an effect? And also exactly how do Tapeworms come out?

I'm curious about how people find parasites in general. How do you see them? do they float, or do you have to actually *yick* have to break apart the poop or something?
