I've tried several and found that they either don't have enough of the needed ingrediants or they are missing something. I would suggest trying one thing at a time and then adding something new after a few days. Keep a log of what works and what doesn't. This is how I came up with my cleanse. I found some of the herbs just don't work that well, while others blow the parasites completely away.
