No, I don't think most people have worms that bad unless they live in the tropics. So don't get all freaky about it. But I consider the fact that most people have had pets off and on their whole lives. You may be carrying around parasites from childhood.
I myself never thought I had any parasite activity in my body. I pass a liver stone during a liver cleanse that had a worm embedded in it. I was horrified. The next day I started paragone and have done two rounds, one co q 10 megadose, and then thought all was well.
I was doing the P&B shakes, no parasite meds but was eating some pumpkin seeds everyday, and pass some gelatinous wormy thing, about 10" long or longer, with a dark intestinal/spinal thing on the inside. GROSSSSSSSSSS.
I had made up my tincture ala Richard Schulze in the fall and have been taking them steadily. I just passsed a few days ago some garbanzo bean sized hairy like lots of baby worms coming out of it, with alot of stinky old bile. I passed at that time about 15 or so of these hairy things. I am going to war now. I am doing oil of oregano, just got colosan and triphala, and h202. I am getting ready to do a 5 day liver/ parasite cleanse from Richard Schulze . I will be doing a juice fast at that time too, this will be the first week of february during the full moon.

YES, do one. You just never know.
