I have been taking store bought cayenne which i thot was hot, but I graduated to Dr. Schulze 's 250,0000 h.units.it just takes time to accustome your mouth to it.
I find that whatever I take to have a bowel movement the cayenne definitely aids the process.
In Jan 04 my wife and i are doing the parasite cleanse and I will let you know what results I have.
dont mess with the 40K heat units..get Dr. Schulze --- it really works wonders. I also put chopped up clove of garlic with OJ and cayenne in small glass and swallow it in 2 or 3 swigs and it really helps when I feel something coming upon me....like run down feelings etc.
