www.survival.com. This is where I found my oil of oregano. Its 85% caravcrol undiluted. I mix 10 drops of exta virgin olive oil with one drop of oil of oregano. We then take a total off 6 drops under the tongue through out the day. Its a one ounce bottle for around 20 dollars. Will last along time. Do not taste it at full strength. My husband did, he was miserable all nite long. :) I told him not to, you know how that goes! That with the raw pumkins seeds I have gotten rid of a nasty tape worm and some other things. My sinuses have been really good. Usually have a hard time with them. We did do a parasite cleanse prior to this. And of course coconut oil. Now I'm going to start making Kefir. Lenny
