i've been on P&B shakes for 2 weeks, and am passing stools every morning, that look perfectly normal. Okay, some of them have been more gray than others (which I put down to teh bentonite), but mostly they've been normal colour (if anything a bit lighter than normal).
I really want to pass mucoid plaque as I think I have parasites, and I think this would help to get rid of a lot of the parasite load. I've been drinking 2 litres of water a day, when I weigh 96 lbs (Ithink). Can anybody give me any hints as to how to speed the process up? Should i switch to Oxypowder ? SWF?
