Like prettysoulful says it is probably good to at least clean yourself once and then stick to a healthy diet. This discussion comes up off and on. I take it with a grain of salt, but still did the cleanse. The same with parasites after 2 years of liverflushing I just tried it since everybody was talking about it. It is difficult not to get involved in all the different hype. I did Oxypowder once and now I use it when I am in the mood just for one evening.

BTW the word mucoid plaque was coined by a Dr. Anderson who sold (sells) the product Arise&Shine (I think that is what it is called).
