Hi! I am currently using the P&B shakes for the first time.The first 2 days worked great getting a lot of parasites out but over the last 2 days i have felt bloated and blocked up! Can you use a laxative to help the shakes come out? Would using Oxypowder with the shakes work and would Epsom Salts be to much?
