I just did my first Bowel Cleanse and have been passing "mossy" mucoid plaque for 3 days.
There are several sections that look like they have whole reddish flax seeds in them, and some smaller grains. I'm scared they are parasite eggs. Since I haven't been eating any whole seeds, the only other possibility is that they were embedded in there for years, which seems improbable due to the slippery nature of flax seeds. I've been searching but can't find any information that answers my question. I did, however, find this picture in the archives that looks just like mine:



Can anybody tell me what this is a picture of?
