Papaya will work fine, especially if parasites might be an issue. My doctor gave me a broad spectrum mixture of enzymes that were released in different parts of the system, but their purpose was to control inflammation and they were $21.00 a bottle. I had to switch to Papaya from Walmart for a long time, but I feel they do help.
