I've been thinking that I need to get back on the raw apple cider vinegar. I've been off of it a few weeks to see if it might be the culprit in some of the bowel problems. I glad you reminded me of this.
A little over two years ago I began a cleansing blitz that included fasting, juice, water and Master Cleanse; Bowel Cleanses using P&B shakes and enemas, rebounding, a parasite cleanse and of course the regular liver flushing. After finding a few Tapeworm segments in some large irregularly shaped liver stones , I began concentrating on parasites. I once passed an intact 18" long tapeworm, head and all. My health really began to improve after that and I was able to go back to work full time. I was out of work for almost a year after my original neck and back injury, then spent six months with part time work. For a little over 18 months I considered myself 80-90% healed. I still had problems with pain that the doctor likened to fibromyalgia. However I could walk without a limp and stand on my feet 8 hours or more a day. Last July I took a hard fall walking down a hill. I hit my head and neck. I have had several other hard falls and recently a deer hit my car and caused what my doctor calls a whiplash reaction. Since the first fall the pain and weakness has been almost constant, the bowel problems have been progressively worse.
So I know that alternative health and aggressive cleansing can work wonders. Its just that right now I am dealing with a set of problems that are not responding to my old methods. Since I feel that a properly operating colon is my main priority, I am seeking advice on how to get the fastest, safest, and most long lasting results. I am almost like a newbie right now and needing sound and experienced advice.
(Edit) By the Way- I use Berleans Greens as my "superfood" of choice. Its fairly tasty and I can find it locally (well considering the nearest health food store is 30 miles away). Once again, I have taken a hiatus from using it while trying to deal with my situation. I really need to rethink my diet and supplements. The minerals and enzymes my doctor recommends is all I'm taking right now.
