Thank you all so much for your help, I have not done the P & B shakes before, yet but am interested cause i am really congested. I think a thorough cleanse would be a great help. My congestion only started early this year before that i was fairly regular.

I drink a fair amount of water but admit can get lazy with the water, hence I would like to do the fast.

I do belive I have parasites due to the way I tend to eat really oddly at times. I do try to keep quite active and go to the gym regular, however even i lose inches in some areas my stomachs still hugely bloated.

Would I be able to do the parasite cleanse with the P & b shakes.
