I want to do my first enema this week. Im currently doing a parasite cleanse but figured an enema wouldnt be very painful and could help me loosen things up as i increase water and fiber in my diet.

Should I start with just distilled/filtered water? I dont want to wreak havoc on my bowels just yet with coffee or anything too intense.

would this be too much with a parasite cleanse?
