It is going to take time and in this case it is not when you take more it is better.
Do the Oxypowder for a week, start the liverflushes every 2-3 weeks. After the first flush start the parasite cleanse. I use some Seasalt , more than 70 minerals, in my food every day. That's all I use plus drinking enough water.
You can stay on maintenance with the Oxypowder if you want to.
On the day of the flush you skip the Oxypowder and the parasite cleanse. The Epsom Salt will clean you out.
Cleaning is the most important thing, not the supplements. The liverflush clean out the parasites too, espcially liverflukes.
