I'm no expert but from the research I did (and there was lots) I chose Colonix because of the combined colon/ parasite cleanse. So far (into week 2), I've found it to be true to the testimonials and the pictures on their website. I've been tempted to submit a few photos of my own but, good grief, the stuff coming out is just too vile. I've taken pysillium and Bentonite before and as a cheaper alternative, they do the trick but I found that Colonix is a deeper cleanse and God knows I need it. Everyone is different so I guess you might just want to pick one and get started. As I say "right decision or wrong decision, at least you made a decision". If it's not working for ya, go onto something else. Oh yes, drinking water and lots of it(which I don't like doing) appears to be crucial for success otherwise you could bloat up like a balloon.
