Hi Midge,

Yup, I think I passed a huge rope that was blocking stuff up. This stuff is gross that I am passing. Every movement has some sort of weird rope... parasites too. Not too many... mostly flukes and Candida.

I am having a hard time with brain fog.. and craving sweets. I do not know what to do... I try garlic, onions, ginger, teas. I wonder if anyone has any good ideas how to cut the cravings???? I could sure use some advice!

As far as the die off.. I just am foggy headed but it clears up after a while... no headaces, sinus problems, but I must say when I did the Clarika WOW did I have mood swings and headaces!

Well, if any further developments occur let me know with you.
